JAMES KEEN & MAGAZINE GAP 

London-based, eclectic pop/rock band fronted by singer/songwriter James Keen and made up largely of professional musicians.  Their live performance offers a workout of variety genres, styles and sounds to fully engage and entertain an audience from start to finish.

Our next artist started his musical endeavors one year ago. After waking up one morning to the sound of AC/DC on the alarm clock radio the meaning of life became clear. Your not here for a long time, you are here for a good time. Ladies and worms, Paul Killion.

Serenity is a Contemporary Folk Music Duo comprised of singer/songwriter Billy Moschella, Jr. and acoustic guitarist/songwriter Keigo Yoshida Sprague.  They are joined on drums by longtime Hollywood promoter and musician Troy "T-roy" Berry.

DAVID PEACHEY

David Peachey is a singer-songwriter based in Brisbane, Australia. Lush organic pop-folk sounds, often including ethnic instruments with gentle and sometimes haunting vocals. A self-taught musician, he plays most of the instruments on all 4 CDs to date. He has been described as similar to Nick Drake, Yes, REM, and The Cure. David is currently working on music for various theatre productions, plus other collaborations in foreign languages.

MICHAEL RAFFERTY Aka RAFF

Raff began his music career as lead singer of “Zygon” at age fourteen. Their songs spoke of love, ambition and politics. “I like to sing about the battle of fear versus love. Or, if you like, the ego versus the soul. Something happened at around age 26. I’d been singing in bands from the age of fourteen and performing regularly at local hotels in Victoria doing what I loved. When all of a sudden I got scared it was leading no-where. Scared I wouldn’t be able to support my family. So I took the more standard road and I got responsible. And lived a miserable life doing jobs I wasn’t passionate about for the next decade. Now, after teaching myself guitar, I’m back writing, performing and smiling more. And will probably do so til I die. (Here’s hoping that’s a ways off).” Raff October 2008.  STRAW DOGS

Straw Dogs have always drawn impressive comparisons: the rock and groove of Ryan Adams and Counting Crows, and melodies and harmony that recall CSN, Son Volt on key, and even Pink Floyd. But the band's signature sound might be considered a gloss finish, perhaps made too easy for being built, as it is, on a solid base of award-winning songs. You can hear Straw Dogs and its members on radio, satellite, film, and in national advertising campaigns, and always their music demonstrates an allegiance to the craft of songwriting. The new record, Love and Then Hope, truly is a cannon shot that finds higher ground.
